STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT PLAN

As Borusan EnBW Enerji, we aim to provide clear, understandable and continuous interaction with all our stakeholders, in line with the values ​​of the local people affected by our activities; We have adopted the principle of establishing good neighborly relations on the basis of respect, benevolence, goodwill and mutual trust, and treating all our stakeholders equally. In this direction, we implement our “Corporate Stakeholder Engagement Plan” at our facilities and in our new projects.

In this regard, we have undertaken to create a feedback mechanism in line with our complaint mechanism procedure that can transparently handle questions, suggestions, requests and complaints from all our stakeholders regarding our activities, and to announce this mechanism effectively to our stakeholders.

We record questions, suggestions, requests and complaints from all our stakeholders regarding our activities in accordance with our Social Follow-up and Complaint procedures and provide feedback within a reasonable time. In this direction, we implement our “Corporate Internal and External Grievance Mechanism Management Plan” at our facilities and in our new projects.

CORPORATE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER COMPLAINT MECHANISM MANAGEMENT PLAN





Within the scope of our Project / Facility Notification and Communication Mechanism, all kinds of questions, complaints, requests and suggestions from our internal stakeholders (employees) about our Head Office, projects and power plants are received through the Orange Ethics Line. The Orange Ethics Line is managed by KPMG, an independent consultant. While ethical complaints are evaluated at Borusan Group level, notifications regarding daily work flow are delivered to Borusan EnBW Enerji process representatives by KMPG via the E-Makin system.

All kinds of questions, complaints, requests and suggestions about our projects and power plants from our external stakeholders (local people, local and national authorities, NGOs, subcontractors and employees of our subcontractors) are recorded by filling out the forms below.
